Mr Davood Arshad in his speech briefly addressed the audience remarking about his past three decades of cultic experience in “Mek terrorist cult organization” led by Masoud and Maryam Rajavi going back to the time he was a young student at University in UK.
Why he was sentenced to 10 years of imprisonment by the Mek leader when decided to leave Mek cult after September 11, 2001 terrorist act that Mek fully supported. Having exposed some of the atrocities of Mek such as suicide bombings and mass killings mentioned about the use of children in its terrorism.
The children of its own members that have been separated from their parents and brainwashed in total isolation away from their families.
The roll of NTCM-E as an NGO to help the ex-members of the Mek cult to recover from the deep wunds of the cultic life and abuses was also explained.
The main issue that Mr. Arshad raised in his speech the lack of legislative power to tackle the cults issue. Lack of laws in the world and in the West to protect individuals against the destructive and terrorist cults.
Mr. Arshad explained that even UNHCR cannot help the victims of the cults while they don’t understand the mentality of a cult member, the mental state that the member exists in under influence of the cult and indoctrination. The UNHCR’s only answer is that your children want to be in the cult, and take the word of brained washed member as evidence. NTCM-E through Mr. Arshad declared their readiness and storng willingness to work with other NGOs to bring about “the lack of legislative power to tackel the destructive cults” In the European Parliament and other individual member state Parliaments.
“Ladies and gentlemen we must break this barbaric slavery relationship within the cults especially the terrorist cults such as MEK led by Masoud and Maryam Rajavi. Without the Power of Law it would not be possible” was the closing sentence of Mr. Arshad’s speech.
