On June 12, 2015, one day before the PMOI Cult Organization gathering in Paris, a father and his daughter at the company of their solicitor were attacked outside Maryam Rajavi’s Auvers-sur-Oise base in north Paris, resulting in hospitalization of them. Fortunately the attacker, a guard from Rajavi’s base was later arrested by the French Police. We would like to remind your honor that this is the third attack of this kind and it is on the rise in the French soil which has been all reported to the French Police.

We urge you as the president of the country which bears the title of mother of democracy and freedom to condemn this terrorist action of silencing decedent members by Maryam Rajavi, and call for the closure of their terror headquarter in Auvers-sur-Oise.
We are a group of former members of the Cult Organization of Iranian People’s Mujahideen (PMOI) who have been active members of the organization for forty years. We have defected this Cultic Terrorist Organization to oppose its support of terrorist attacks of Sept. 11 and ISIS in Iraq and extensive abuse of human rights inside its cult. What pushed us to leave PMOI was precisely his lack of respect for human rights and democracy, but also his bigotry and despotism of its leaders.
In a letter that defected members sent out last February they made allusions to death threats brandished by Massoud Rajavi against all former members of the organization.

On 17 May 2015, on the Place Saint Michel, defected members organized a legal action in support of the trial of Mehdi Abrichamtchi (high ranking PMOI member and ex-husband of Maryam Rajavi). May 7, 2015, just before the peaceful action, the mujahedin came and distributed slanderous leaflets against defected members. They had been sent from the headquarters of PMOI in Auvers-sur-Oise. Four days later, PMOI members have distributed these leaflets in the building where lives Hosseinnejad Ali, a former member of PMOI which participated our action.
On the day of the holding of the action on the Place Saint Michel, Mehran Kakavand, one of PMOI commanders attacked Manssour Nazari (a French resident), a defected member of the PMOI who came to support the action, taking the by the throat and trying to strangle him. The police are aware of the details of what happened and the medical report was also handed to the Police.
From their headquarters in Auvers-sur-Oise, PMOI leaders diffuse death threats against defected members and trying to suffocate us to prevent us from denouncing their bigotry. A group of former members of PMOI had sent a letter to the anti-terrorist judge saying they were ready to testify in the trial of Mehdi Abrichamtchi and since they are regularly threatened by PMOI. We are French and European legal residents or citizens and we ask only to be protected by laws against this terrorist cult organization and closer of their terror base in Auvers-sur-Oise.
